The SNMP-Link SL81 Remote
Site Manager provides an affordable way to avoid costly
facility downtime. Many of the factors that impact the
health of your network infrastructure - environmental
conditions and legacy equipment alarms - remain dangerously
outside the scope of your network management system
(NMS). The SNMP-Link SL81 enables you to easily integrate
these elements into your NMS. Additionally the SL81
gives you in-band and out-of-band remote access to other
devices located at your remote site. FOB: Seattle, WA |

Add DC power cycling to your
unmanned sites. The PowerBoss One is an accessory for
Asentria site monitoring products such as the SNMP-Link
SL81 that lets you control power to up to 8 pieces of
equipment located in your remote sites. The PB1 allows
you to power cycle both -48 and 24vdc equipment. When
a piece of equipment in your remote cabinet becomes unresponsive,
use the PB1 to cycle its power. When combined with an
SNMP-Link Remote Site Manager, the PB1 greatly improves
your ability to manage your facilities, especially in
unmanned rooms or after work hours. The PB1 provides eight
independent mechanical relays that each may be used to
switch -48VDC or +24VDC simultaneously. With the normally
closed contact and mechanical relays all equipment attached
to the PB1 continues to operate even if the PB1 is inoperative.

RFC-1/B
|
The minimum system consists
of the RFC-1/B control unit and one RP-8 Relay Panel (ordered
separately). The RFC-1/B is the "brain" of the
system and the RP-8 is the interface to outboard equipment.
The RP-8 provides eight channels of telemetry input and
control output. Multiple RP-8's can be used to expand
the system to a maximum of 64 channels. The RFC-1/B installs
completely at the transmitter site. Once in place, the
engineer or other authorized personnel can take readings
and make adjustments from nearly any telephone at any
location. The only requirement is for the telephone to
be able to produce DTMF tones, also known as Touch-Tones®.
RFC-1/B can perform tasks automatically based on the date
and/or the time of day such as pattern changes. Up to
80 timed events can be programmed in the system. the RFC-1/B
can perform tasks based on the condition of the transmitter
or another device. For instance, if the transmitter power
goes too high, the RFC-1/B can be programmed to adjust
the power down to a normal reading. FOB: |

The AFS-3 Audio Failsafe monitors
one or two audio signals and maintains a relay contact
closure as long as audio is present on at least one of
the two audio inputs. When no audio is present on both
inputs for a preset length of time, the relay contacts
open and remain open until audio is present on either
input again. To eliminate false triggering, audio on both
inputs must be silent for a preset length of time. The
length of this delay is adjustable from 30 seconds to
5 minutes in thirty second increments. Features: Internal
Sonalert audible alert--continuous or pulsing; Positive
delay adjustment via rotary switch; Delay adjust accessible
on rear panel; Logic-level alert voltage built in; Audio
detect mode. FOB: Nashville, TN |

The TVMA-1, TV Wizard is a micro-processor
controlled, digital baseband TV modulation monitor/analyzer
that precisely measures peak modulation, peaks per minute,
average peak modulation, modulation density, and more.
The Wizard can operate with an existing TV modulation
monitor, or it can accept 4.5 Mhz from a good TV visual
demod. The Wizard Software (included with The Wizard)
and an IBM compatible personal computer enable real-time
graphing, logging, and remote operation through the RS-232
port. The TV Wizard features user-defined parameters and
settings for maximum flexibility. The two large UP/DOWN
menu keys are used to cycle the 16 digit alphanumeric
display to the desired menu; the UP/DOWN parameter keys
are then used to select the desired setting. The configuration
can be saved to non-volatile memory in the unit in the
event of a power loss. A built-in Audio Sentry audio failure
alarm alerts you to loss of modulation. FOB: Devon, PA |

TVM-230
|
The Belar TVM-230 is a digital
BTSC TV Stereo Monitor/Analyzer. Operated in conjunction
with the Belar TVM-100, TVM-101, or other wideband aural
demodulator, the Belar TVM-230 provides the measurement
capability necessary for the set-up, test, and measurement
of BTSC Stereo TV transmission systems, as well as providing
accurately decoded Left and Right channel audio outputs.
The TVM-230 digitizes the complete demodulated aural signal
and decodes the stereo multiplex portion using digital-signal-processing
techniques. Unlike analog designs, this DSP-based design
is immune to variations due to temperature or the aging
and tolerance of components. By employing linear-phase
FIR filters, the TVM-230 reduces phase distortion in the
recovered audio, providing unprecedented accuracy in measuring
modulation peaks of the Left, Right, L+R, and L-R signals.
Accurate decoding of the encoded BTSC is assured by the
on-board professional dbx expander card. FOB: Devon, PA |
